1. Single Sessions
- You may reschedule or cancel a single session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, for a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or a no-show, are non-refundable, as your coach has reserved that time slot exclusively for you.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be treated as a no-show under the clause above.
2. Multi-Session Bundles (e.g. the Interview Sprint Bundle)
- You may cancel a bundle before its first session for a full refund.
- Once a bundle has begun, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis (the price of sessions already delivered is deducted at the single-session rate), less a 10% administration fee on the refunded portion.
- Individual sessions within a bundle follow the same 24-hour rescheduling rule as single sessions.
3. The Full Dossier Package and Other Bespoke Products
- The mock-interview dossier and similar bespoke products are prepared specifically for one job description and one client. Once your coach has begun preparing these materials, the preparation fee is non-refundable, because the work has already been done and cannot be resold or reused for another client.
- If you cancel before your coach has begun preparing bespoke materials (confirmed by email), you are entitled to a full refund of that portion of the fee.
- The live coaching session(s) included in the package still follow the 24-hour rescheduling rule in Section 1.
4. Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session (illness, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control), you will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund, your choice, with no administration fee.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your payment provider may take a further few days to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Requesting a Refund or Reschedule

7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you may have under the consumer protection law of your own country, where applicable, in addition to the terms above.
